Spring Grove House is our fantastic Georgian manor, located in the centre of the Park.

TICKETS INCLUDE: 

–Delicious food served
– Private fireworks viewing area on the patio
– Private car parking outside Spring Grove House
– Snack selection of: candy floss, doughnuts and popcorn served to each table
– Admission to the Park’s walk-through animal exhibits (does not include Safari Drive-through)
– Multi-ride wristband to use in the Adventure Theme Park (height restrictions apply)
– Complimentary drink  – choose from, hot chocolate with whipped cream & marshmallows (with or without Baileys), tea or coffee

ITINERARY:

Gates and Rides Open: 1.00pm
Last Entry: 6.00pm(no guests will be able to gain entry to the Park after this time)
Spring Grove House opens: 1.00pm
Complimentary drink served: 4.00pm-5.00pm
Fireworks show: 6.30pm
Food served: 4.00pm-6.00pm
Rides close: 9.00pm
Drinks available until: 9.30pm

Spring Grove House closes: 10.00pm

Lemur Woods Closes: 4.00pm
African Village Closes: 5.30pm

The Safari Drive-through will be CLOSED throughout the weekend.

Important Information:

• Face coverings are mandatory for the entire event, both indoors and outdoors. You can take your face covering off while you are seated in Spring Grove House, to eat or drink, but please wear it at all other points. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please ensure you wear the ‘I am exempt from wearing a face covering’ badge so we understand your situation – download it here.

• Food and drink will be table service only – the bar area will be closed.

• Please remember to keep at least 1m apart from others and adhere to the one-way systems around the Park.

• There will be Covid Champions around to help with social distancing, but it must be your responsibility to act sensibly during and post the fireworks display.

• Anyone not following the guidelines will be asked to leave the Park without a refund.

• There will not be a stage or bonfire this year, as to avoid a congregation around a focal point.

• If the Government guidance changes and we have to cancel the event, we will contact guests with bookings to discuss refunds. 

• Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell, with any of the symptoms of Covid-19. Please get in touch and we can discuss offering you an e-Gift Voucher reimbursement to use at another time.

• We recommend using hand sanitiser and hand wash stations regularly, which are situated throughout the walk-through areas of the Park.

• Free Return Tickets or Codes are not valid for this event.
